As another year draws to a close, we want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your support and dedicated readership this year.

Our industry continues to face some challenges from the fallout of the pandemic, however has fared vastly better than many would have predicted.

Readers have been unwavering in their support and dedication to the publication, with reads of our newsletter each week topping 20,000 within the first 24 hours of sending… that’s that capacity of The London O2 Arena!

Whether you’ve responded to an article, commented or supported one of our advertisers with a click or an enquiry, every single input helps our organisation continue to thrive, grow and serve the UK property sector.

This year, as many organisations have done, we’ve looked carefully at our overall impact on the environment and the world around us.

We’re proud to have implemented changes that now see our data centres powered by 100% renewable electricity from sources like the sun, wind and sea and our operations conducted in an ethical, sustainable way.

Through these changes we now offset 100% of the carbon footprint of our staff, business travel and operations and in addition have funded tree planting projects in UK and around the world, planting over 100 trees and offsetting 4.4 tonnes of CO2e this year alone.

Beyond sustainability, this year we are honored to have become a proud member of The Publishers Association.

We join an elite group of some of the great publishing houses in the UK such as Faber & Faber and HarperCollins in an organisation that spans 125 years and exists to champion publishing to the wider world and support its members with resources, information and campaigning.

As we look towards 2022 we will be moving to expand our columnist roster and editorial team with names that some of you reading this will no doubt recognise from your radios and television screens.

They will of course join our longstanding economics columnist, the esteemed and award-winning Economics Editor of the Sunday Times, David Smith alongside other regularly featured authors such as Susannah Streeter, senior investment and markets analyst at Hargreaves Lansdown.

Thank you all once again for your support this year.

We hope you all enjoy a well-earned break this Christmas and find time to catch up with family, friends and loved.

From all at Property Notify may we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
