Native Land has successfully secured 38 sales at four of its prime residential developments since the start of 2020, despite the uncertainties of Brexit and Coronavirus. The combined sales achieved more than £90 million, reinforcing the company’s position as a leader in the luxury residential sector with good resilience through market cycles.

Holland Park Villas, a fully gated and secure collection of 72 apartments, completed its final three sales during lockdown, including the sale of the penthouse. Holland Park Villas offers residents thoughtfully designed living spaces coupled with 12,000 sq ft of 5* amenities and is one of only a few new large-scale residential developments to complete in Kensington in over 15 years.

TwentyFive in Marylebone is Native Land’s newest development to come to the market. A partnership with The Portman Estate, the scheme has already sold 11 of its 23 apartments, together with two penthouses. TwentyFive forms part of a larger mixed-use development which also includes OneThreeSix, 44,500 sq ft of Grade A workspace and four retail units, all due for completion in Spring 2021.

In Edinburgh, Native Land has partnered with Nuveen Real Estate to deliver the residential element of Edinburgh St James, one of the UK’s largest and most significant regeneration projects. During Q2, all 22 residences in the first phase were either sold or reserved.

At Burlington Gate, in the centre of Mayfair, Native Land completed the sale of a duplex penthouse in April. Burlington Gate comprises 42 apartments together with extensive gallery spaces on the ground and lower ground floors, all designed by world-renowned architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners.
