The Affinity Living brand has hit the ground running since its first development opened 18 months ago, with 80% let across all four Manchester buildings – and the last three only having opened within the last quarter.

To date, Select Property Group have sold over 925 Affinity Living apartments, worth a total value of over GBP 251 million.

The Affinity Living Lancaster Wharf development will consist of 266 apartments located on Princip Street, a prime city-centre location on the doorstep of the central business district, Colmore Row; The Bullring shopping centre; and Birmingham New Street train station.
