Regulator of Social Housing Places Two Housing Associations Under Grading Review

The GUR lists registered providers whose compliance with RSH’s economic standards is being investigated.

The Regulator of Social Housing reports that Hilldale Housing Association Limited and Pivotal Housing Association have both been placed on its gradings under review list today (11 February 2021).

At the time of the last Statistical Data Return, the providers had fewer than 1,000 homes and therefore do not have a current published regulatory judgement in accordance with our established procedures.

The regulator is currently investigating matters which may impact on Hilldale’s and Pivotal’s compliance with the Governance and Financial Viability Standard.
