Paul Shamplina has joined forces with the National Landlord Investment Show to offer a dynamic educational day designed to empower landlords in efficiently managing their property businesses.

This no-nonsense program addresses key challenges, providing landlords with invaluable information. Throughout the day, participants will have direct access to the speakers, ensuring they walk away with practical insights on key subjects such as Landlord Tax, Finance, Property Management, Guaranteed Rent, Investment, Banning of Section 21, Evictions, Renters Reform Bill plus much more….

Other experts on hand to give advice on a range of subjects and issues are to include David Coughlin of the National Association of Property Buyers, Susie Crolla of the Guild of Letting & Management, BTL finance expert lee GrandinLeigh Young of guaranteed rent specialist Elliot Leigh, tax expert Sean Hughes and leading letting agent Steve Wayne.

To be held on June 5th in central London, it will cost just £199 (inc vat) to attend which includes breakfast, lunch and a ton of Education.
