We’re excited to be returning for the 10th time to meet, network and provide expert-led content and education to the thriving community of landlords, investors and property professionals within Manchester and the surrounding areas at a time of so much uncertainty, questions and change within the UK private rented sector.”

Let’s turn to the wonderful sponsors who are exhibiting at the show:
Steven Cox,  Senior Business Account Manager from Alan Boswell Insurance Ltd, comments:
“We are delighted to advise that we are attending the next Landlord Investment Show event in Manchester on 14th October. It is vital that landlords and property owners attend these events, especially now, to learn what is happening in the lettings sector and how they can protect themselves from issues further down the line. These events continue to get better and better and the face-to-face discussions that we have with new and also existing clients is priceless. They also give us a great opportunity to talk with fellow exhibitors about our insurance products that we can offer them and the property market in general.”
Craig Brainiff, Director from Verdant, comments:

“Verdant is proud to be sponsoring the upcoming Landlord Investment Show at Old Trafford on October 14th. The event brings together property professionals, investors, and landlords from across the region, and we’re delighted to support such a valuable platform for collaboration, learning, and innovation in the industry.

We look forward to welcoming visitors to our stand, where our team will be on hand to advise landlords on how to ensure their property portfolios are ready for the upcoming MEES changes. This includes exploring fully funded options for insulation, new heating systems, and solar panels – practical solutions that can improve efficiency, reduce costs, and future-proof investments.”

Tim Frome, Head of Government Schemes from Total Property, comments:
“We’re excited to be part of this event in Manchester, a key opportunity to connect with professionals across the private rented sector in the North West. With ongoing legislative changes such as the Renters’ Rights Bill continuing to shape the landscape, it’s crucial for landlords, agents, and stakeholders must engage, exchange ideas, and prepare for what’s ahead.”
