By The National LIS Awards 2025 celebrated the shining stars of the UK property industry on Thursday, 13th November, at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, marking one of the standout events in the property calendar.
Organised by Tracey and Steve Hanbury, founders of the National Landlord Investment Show, along with their dedicated team, the LIS Awards 2025 were proudly sponsored by Barclays, HJ Collection, TDS, and Together. The official charity partner for the evening was the North London Hospice.
Now in its sixth year, the LIS Awards were created to recognise excellence across the property services market and the private rented sector. This year’s ceremony showcased a wide range of categories, covering finance, legal and tax services, letting and online agents, auction houses, local authorities, landlord insurance, proptech, innovation, professional associations, and more.
The evening began at 18:30 with a welcome drinks reception, as property professionals gathered to network and celebrate industry achievements. At 19:00, attendees were seated in the Grand Connaught Rooms for the formal proceedings. Tracey and Steve Hanbury opened the ceremony with a warm welcome speech, setting the tone for the evening, alongside awards host Ian Collins from Talk TV. The night then progressed with a three-course dinner accompanied by live music.
Before the official start of the awards ceremony, Declan Carroll (Chief Executive Officer) of the North London Hospice delivered a heartfelt charity speech, which was followed by a live charity auction hosted by Andrew Binstock, Co-Founder of Auction House London. After the auction, Ian Collins officially kicked off the awards ceremony, setting the stage for an evening celebrating excellence across the UK property industry.
